By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Services Disclaimer

Gracefully Ambitious and Hire Learning provide educational, informational, and professional development content.
We do not provide legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice. Participation in the membership does not create an employment, coaching, fiduciary, or counseling relationship.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, frameworks, tools, and resources are owned by Gracefully Ambitious unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for service delivery and improvement purposes.

6. Payments and Refunds

Fees for paid offerings, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracefully Ambitious shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
